Rimu -House Tree

I learnt about the tree that my house is named after. I have a greater understanding of why we have had our houses named after trees that grow around our school. These house were created at the beginning of the millenium by the students at our school.

I.A.L.T. design a bag for a Countdown competition using New Zealand fauna and flora.  Countdown are phasing out one use plastic bags and replacing them with environmentally friendly reusable bags. As part of our Inquiry we are concerned with the consequences and damage plastic bags can do to the environment's flora and fauna.
